Labyrinth Walks
Our Labyrinth is based on the Chartres Cathedral’s Medieval design. It is 40 feet in diameter and was created using cobblestone for the design and crusher finds (crushed cobblestone) for the path, both from the Saint Vrain River in the nearby Colorado mountains.
When visiting the Labyrinth, we request that people walk in “Noble Silence” to center themselves and arrive at the Labyrinth ready to BE on their meditative walk inside the Labyrinth.
Please note that our mountain terrain did not make it possible for us to make this Labyrinth wheel chair accessible. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience. We do offer various finger Labyrinths as an alternative experience. A person who is not comfortable walking or is unable to walk the Labyrinth could sit on the deck or in the Great Room with a view of the Labyrinth while using the finger Labyrinth.
